🔄 Return Policy

✅ 1. Return Window:
T-shirts can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

✅ 2. Eligible Conditions for Return:
Returns are accepted only if the T-shirt is:

  • 🧼 Unwashed & Unused

  • 🏷️ In original packaging with tags intact

  • 🧾 Accompanied by the invoice

  • ❌ Not damaged or stained

✅ 3. Not Eligible for Return:
Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The T-shirt has been worn, washed

  • Tags or original packaging are missing

✅ 4. Return Reasons Accepted:

  • Wrong size or color received

  • Defective or damaged product

  • Incorrect item delivered

💰 Refund Policy

✅ 1. Refund Method:
Once the returned T-shirt passes quality check:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method (e.g., UPI, card, bank account)

  • COD (Cash on Delivery) orders will be refunded via bank transfer

✅ 2. Refund Timeline:

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after product pickup and quality check

✅ 3. Replacement Option:
If available, you can also opt for a replacement instead of a refund

  3. Choose the reason and follow the return steps
